Who We Are Looking For:We are seeking an Accounting Manager to run the monthly close and the day-to-day accountingoperations of a fast-growing manufacturing company. You will own the close calendar, thereconciliation process, and the accounting procedures the rest of the team executes against —and manage the staff who perform that work.The ideal candidate is a strong technical accountant who also enjoys managing people andprocess, and who wants to tighten and document a close that is still being built.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of a monthly close.
- 2+ years of experience managing or supervising accounting staff.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and month-end close best practices.
- Proficiency with NetSuite ERP or a comparable system.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to document and improve accounting processes, not just executethem.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
What We Offer
This pay range reflects best estimate for the total cash compensation which includes salary +discretionary bonus for this role.
