Who We Are

Pink Callers is a ServiceTitan Certified Call Center providing fractional remote customer service for skilled trades contractors. As a PST Skilled Trades Experienced CSR, you'll support businesses that need sharp, reliable call handling during the day and after-hours.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day is about being the calm, capable voice on the other end of the line. You'll handle incoming calls and interactions for home service companies, help customers feel taken care of fast, and keep things moving inside ServiceTitan with confidence.

This role matters because every call can turn into real work for an HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or electrical contractor. We consistently achieve a close rate of 90% or higher on inbound leads, so you'll feel the difference between just answering phones and helping win business.

You won't be doing this alone. You'll work with a team of customer service professionals who value leadership, teamwork, and transparency. If you like solving problems before they become fires, you'll feel right at home.

The Hiring Process

We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.

What You'll Earn

You'll work a full 40 hours a week and earn $16-$20 per hour, based on your experience. After your New Hire Introductory Period, you'll also have a $500 bonus opportunity. On top of that, you'll get paid training, paid sick time, paid holidays, and paid birthday time.
