Role Overview:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) serves as the primary point of contact for our Enterprise Client Business Unit (CBU). This role owns the relationship, ensuring smooth execution of net‑new initiatives, proactive escalation management, IT budget planning and tracking, and day‑to‑day enterprise account operations. Base Salary Range: $155,000 - $170,000
