This includes (1) building and maintaining a culture of high achievement and a supportive, family-like community that ultimately drives student performance in high school, and (2) leading students through programming (including mentoring and advisory curriculum) that will directly contribute to superior high school performance, in preparation for successful admission to competitive four-year colleges and universities.
