Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:42 PM (Potential for Overtime)
Travel: None
Clearance: No clearance required to start; must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace aircraft mechanical and avionics components.
Maintain aircraft electrical wiring systems and aircraft accessories.
Perform structural repairs and sheet metal modifications.
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Maintain and repair aircraft systems including:Flight Controls
Engines
Hydraulic Systems
Pneumatic Systems
Fuel Systems
Mechanical Components
Assemble, modify, and install aircraft wire bundles and electrical components.
Perform scheduled inspections including pre-flight, post-flight, phase, periodic, and 100-hour inspections.
Utilize specialized aircraft maintenance tools and precision measuring equipment.
Complete aircraft maintenance records and documentation accurately.
Provide technical guidance to junior mechanics and maintenance personnel.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 10 years of aircraft maintenance or avionics experience.
Strong experience troubleshooting aircraft mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
Experience with aircraft inspection, repair, and modification.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work in various maintenance environments.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
Experience supporting E-6B or Boeing 707 aircraft.
Military aircraft maintenance experience.
Knowledge of aircraft structural repair and sheet metal fabrication.
