1st/2nd/3rd Machine Operator

Prologistix/Employbridge is seeking experienced Machine Operators to operate Peerless Plate machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $19.00/hour

Shift: 1st/2nd/3rd Shift Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Peerless Plate machines safely and efficiently
• Load and unload paper materials
• Monitor machine performance and make approved adjustments
• Perform daily safety and compliance checks
• Troubleshoot equipment and product quality issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow LOTO, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and company procedures
• Report equipment or production concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and quality focus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders
• Hard-soled leather work boots required
