1st or 2nd Shift Machinist

Jarvis is seeking Machine Operators to add to its Manufacturing Department on 1^st or 2^nd Shift. This role requires an individual that is task-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to producing high-quality, precision work. Operators learn to set up, operate, and monitor precision manufacturing equipment used to produce high-performance cutting tools. You will play an essential role for the Jarvis Team!

 

Basic Skills:

Because we invest heavily in training, previous machining experience is not required. We are looking for people who bring:

· A strong desire to learn.

· A commitment to doing your best and continually improving.

· Pride in producing high-quality work.

· Good basic math skills. Such as addition, subtraction, and a basic knowledge of fractions and decimals.

· The ability to lift and carry 40 pounds.

 

Job Qualifications:

· A high school diploma or GED.

· The successful completion of a physical exam and drug screening
