1st Shift | Monday-Friday | Full-Time Penmac Staffing is hiring HVAC Assembly Technicians for a leading manufacturing facility in Morrilton, AR. These positions support the assembly of HVAC units and components and are ideal for candidates with experience in construction, framing, remodeling, building trades, or detailed mechanical assembly. If you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and building complex equipment, this could be an excellent opportunity.Requirements for the HVAC Assembly Technician
- Recent experience in framing, remodeling, commercial construction, building trades, or detailed mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Ability to accurately use tape measures and other measuring tools
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- HVAC experience is a plus
- Electrical experience is a plus
- Stable work history with all employment gaps accounted for
- Current resume required
- Professional references must be verified
- Ability to work a schedule of 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
- Willingness to work Saturdays during peak production periods as needed
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment requirements, including a background screening
HVAC Assembly Technician Responsibilities
- Assemble HVAC units and components according to blueprints and work instructions
- Perform framing, detailed mechanical assembly, and component installation
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices accurately
- Ensure products meet quality and production standards
- Work closely with team members to maintain workflow and productivity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Pay and Schedule
- Starting pay of $17.50 per hour
- Full-time opportunity
