1st Shift | Monday-Friday | Full-Time Penmac Staffing is hiring Industrial Electrical Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Morrilton, Arkansas. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in industrial wiring, electrical installation, conduit work, electrical troubleshooting, and manufacturing environments. If you can read blueprints and electrical schematics, work safely around electrical systems, and enjoy hands-on electrical work, we want to hear from you.Requirements for the Industrial Electrical Technician
- Preferred 2+ years of industrial electrical, electrical wiring, maintenance, or related experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and tape measures
- Knowledge of electrical components, wiring methods, and electrical safety procedures
- Experience pulling wire, running conduit, and installing electrical components
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
- Steel-toe or composite-toe work boots required
Industrial Electrical Technician Responsibilities
- Pull wire, run conduit, and install electrical components according to specifications
- Read and follow blueprints, electrical schematics, diagrams, and manufacturer instructions
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and assist with repairs as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following company procedures and safety regulations
- Use hand and power tools while working with electrical systems and components
- Assist with equipment installation and production support activities
- Monitor material inventory and assist with maintaining electrical parts and supplies
- Support production operations and assist other departments as needed
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and fumes
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching
- Regular pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Work around moving equipment, electrical systems, sharp edges, and active production areas
