Sauder Woodworking has 1st shift openings as a Cabinet Assembler, supporting our Building Products business.

1st shift assembly starts at $17/hourEligible for increases at 6 months and 12 months based on performance-up to $1.75 increase in first year1st Shift Hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do

Assembles all cabinets in product line with both speed and accuracy while maintaining high-quality standards.Operates necessary equipment including but not limited to; air powered staple guns, hot melt glue machines, routers, screw guns, etc.Maintains accuracy of materials.Performs quality inspections on product as directed and performs minor repairs/touch ups if applicable.Documents project and delivery records, labels accurately.Performs computer interactions and maintain records and documentation.Maintains area according to 5S policy.

What We're Looking For

No experience necessary, we will train you!Good communication skills.Ability to listen to others and communicate ideas in a constructive manner.Ability to cooperate with people of diverse backgrounds.Self-motivated and positive attitude.Open to feedback.Flexible and willing to learn new tasks.Lift up to 50lbs.Forklift or prior operator experience is a plus.
