1st Shift Electrical Mechanical Assembler

Pay Rate: $24.64/hour

Location: Suwanee

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical-Mechanical Assembler to support a high-volume manufacturing environment focused on precision assembly, quality, and safety. This role involves assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting electrical and mechanical components used in power and energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using work instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams

• Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and component installation

• Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and test equipment safely and accurately

• Inspect finished assemblies for quality, functionality, and compliance with specifications

• Troubleshoot basic electrical or mechanical issues and report defects

• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in a manufacturing setting

• Work closely with team members and production leads to meet daily output goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electrical, mechanical, or electro-mechanical assembly (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred)

• Ability to read and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
