Leadpoint Business Services seeks a qualified Baler Operator/Forklift Operator to join our team at a busy recycling facility in Clifton, CO. This position is responsible for safely operating baling equipment and forklifts to process, move, and organize recyclable materials.

Pay: $26/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate baler equipment and forklifts.

• Load, unload, and move recyclable materials.

• Monitor baler operations and ensure materials are processed efficiently.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous forklift or baler operating experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced recycling facility.

• Willing to consent to a background check and drug screen.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
