Rose Manufacturing, a leader in precision metal forming and manufacturing solutions, is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for our 1st Shift operations in Cleveland, Ohio. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities - Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Install, maintain, and improve machinery and production systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, relocations, and new equipment installations.
- Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to resolve maintenance-related issues.
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required; technical training or maintenance certification preferred.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting preferred.
- Ability to use maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments.
- Welding, fabrication, and machining experience a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
