1st Shift Machine Operator
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented candidate for a manufacturing company located in Salem, Ohio. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and enjoy operating machinery.

Hours
Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
Overtime available by staying 2 hours after shift
Pay
$16-17 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Operate various manufacturing machines safely and efficiently
Inspect small parts for quality and accuracy
Use different measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed
Cut materials precisely according to blueprints
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge of machines, tools, and their uses
Ability to accurately cut materials per specifications
Good attention to detail
Excellent attendance record
Ability to pass a mathematics skills test
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment as a machine operator strongly preferred
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
Maintenance skills are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Other Requirements
Must work on-site in Salem, Ohio
Able to pass a background check and drug test as required
