KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Follow all plant safety guidelines, practices, and procedures, including proper use of PPE • Assist machine operators and work at presses to remove and handle parts • Separate parts from scrap and perform basic assembly tasks • Prepare and package products using totes, skids, bags, and boxes as per requirements • Label, stack, and move packaged materials to storage or next operation • Interpret work orders and job control procedures accurately • Maintain production efficiency and meet daily output goals • Ensure safety devices are in place and report unsafe conditions or behaviors • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Work collaboratively in a team and support co-workers as needed • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules and work instructions • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, etc.) • Ability to use a tape measure • Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors • High school diploma or equivalent • 3–6 months of related experience or equivalent training Education: High School JOB SUMMARY: The Production Associate / Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assisting machine operators, handling parts, performing basic assembly and packaging tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow on the production floor.
