1st Shift Packer Helper

Location: Rock Hill, SC
Pay: $16.00
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:30 AM. End time varies based on production needs and when all jobs are completed for the day.

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Packer Helpers to join a food production team. This position involves assisting with packaging, labeling, inspecting, and preparing products while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with packaging and packing food products.

• Apply labels and verify product weights and quantities.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Complete production paperwork and required documentation.

• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines and GMP standards.

• Assist with general production duties as needed.

• Report any equipment, product, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Frequently bend, reach, and move throughout the facility.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to climb stairs and safely access elevated platforms when needed.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Previous food production or packaging experience is a plus.

• Basic reading, writing, and documentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work flexible hours.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Commitment to workplace safety and food quality standards.
