1st SHIFT Production AssociatePay Rate: $15.00
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 6:00am- 4:30pm
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, some Fridays

Responsibilities
- Ensure production goals and deadlines are met
- Train, mentor, and support team members
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with employees and management
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good people-management skills
- Basic shop math skills
- Ability to motivate a team and solve problems
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
