Job Purpose:

Join our team and play a crucial role in the manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of high-quality nutritional supplements and natural household products for dogs and cats. This position ensures adherence to quality, sanitation, and safety protocols to meet our company standards.

Essential Functions:

Production Worker I

• Fill product containers by machine or by hand.
• Inspect containers to ensure proper seals and lids.
• Label products and inspect labels and containers for quality assurance.
• Pack products into shipping boxes and prepare for palletization.
• Palletize products for shipment.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment to meet Quality Control (QC) standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in production areas in preparation for inspections and audits.

Production Worker II

• Successfully perform all duties of Production Worker I.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor production machine issues or escalate for assistance.
• Perform equipment changeovers with minimal supervision.
• Train Production Worker I personnel as needed.

Skills & Abilities / Physical Demands:

• Basic math and reading skills (English proficiency).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain alert and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues.
• Capability to walk and/or stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Comfortable with repetitive hand-wrist, elbow, and shoulder motions throughout the shift.
• Ability to climb and descend stairs or step ladders; some work performed at elevated stations.
• Physical capacity to lift/retrieve:
• Up to 50 pounds without assistance.
