This position involves loading small metal parts onto racks and removing finished parts from racks as part of the metal plating process. Associates must follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and work efficiently to ensure parts are properly positioned and handled.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Rack small metal parts onto designated racks according to supervisor instructions and established procedures.
- Remove or derack parts from racks after processing is complete.
- Follow directions from supervisors and team members to improve rack placement and maximize efficiency.
- Handle parts carefully to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
- Lift and move full racks weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals.
