What You'll Do
Operate sit-down, stand-up, or propane forklifts safely throughout the warehouse and shipping areas.
Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled properly.
Move pallets, raw materials, finished products, and inventory to designated locations.
Pick, prepare, and verify customer orders for shipment.
Stage materials and finished products for scheduled shipments.
Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing incoming materials.
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and shipments.
Inspect forklifts, pallets, and loads before use.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Communicate with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production team members.
What We're Looking For
1–3+ years of recent forklift operating experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment.
Experience with sit-down, stand-up, or propane forklifts.
Forklift certification preferred; must be able to pass an on-site equipment evaluation if required.
Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or shipping paperwork is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors and repeatedly get on and off equipment during an 8–10-hour shift.
Strong attendance, dependability, and attention to safety.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, truck drivers, and coworkers.
Willingness to follow site safety rules and mobile phone policies.
Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
