1st Shift Warehouse Associate

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated  Pick and Pack  Position to join our team in Columbus, Oh.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Associate to assist with warehouse operations. Responsibilities include picking products according to orders, packing items securely for shipment, labeling packages, and maintaining an organized work area.
Pay Rate: $18 /H Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday / 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Pass Drug screening and Background check

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders.
• Inspect items for accuracy and quality.
• Label, sort, and prepare packages for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
