As an LPN Graduate, youll work under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN preceptor while gaining hands-on experience, building clinical judgment, and strengthening your nursing skills in a real patient care setting as you prepare for full LPN practice.

Requirements
This posting is intended for all 2026 LPN graduates for inpatient units located at Deaconess Midtown, Gateway, Henderson, and Gibson Hospitals. 2025 graduates, or prior graduates without LPN experience, may apply as well.
