Are you passionate about helping high school students reach their academic goals? We're looking for knowledgeable, dependable tutors to provide one -on -one instruction to high school students throughout El Paso in a variety of subjects.<\/span>

Our students seek support in <\/span>Math, English, Writing, Science, Social Studies, and AP -level courses<\/span><\/b>. <\/span>You do not need to tutor every subject. We're looking for tutors with expertise in one or more of these areas. If you're qualified to tutor multiple subjects, that's a plus and may lead to additional tutoring opportunities.<\/span><\/b>

One of the best parts of tutoring with us is the flexibility. You choose the students you'd like to work with and build a schedule that fits your availability. Once matched, we ask tutors to remain committed throughout the student's enrollment because consistency is essential for student success.<\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>- Provide engaging one -on -one tutoring for high school students.<\/span>
<\/li> - Tutor in <\/span>one or more<\/span><\/b> subject areas, including Math, English, Writing, Science, Social Studies, and AP courses.<\/span>
<\/li> - Assess student strengths and identify areas for improvement.<\/span>
<\/li> - Help students master course content, complete assignments, prepare for quizzes and exams, and develop effective study skills.<\/span>
<\/li> - Follow the student's school curriculum when requested.<\/span>
<\/li> - Submit session reports promptly and communicate student progress with our team.<\/span>
<\/li> - Provide your own teaching materials when necessary.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications<\/span>
<\/h2>- Reliable transportation (travel to students' homes is required).<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong communication and organizational skills.<\/span>
<\/li> - Availability between <\/span>4:00 PM and 8:00 PM<\/span><\/b> on weekdays (weekend availability is a plus but not required).<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong knowledge in <\/span>at least one<\/span><\/b> high school subject area.<\/span>
<\/li> - Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt instruction to each student's learning style.<\/span>

<\/p>- Previous tutoring or classroom teaching experience.<\/span>
<\/li> - Experience preparing students for honors, AP, or college -level coursework.<\/span>
<\/li> - Experience working with students with ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, or other learning differences.<\/span>

Please Note:<\/span><\/b> Most tutoring opportunities are expected to begin during the <\/span>second week of August<\/span><\/b> as students return to school.
