2027 Associate Strategic Sourcing Specialist Description Responsibilities: + Maintain supplier relationships for assigned groups and act as primary point of contact for all communications. + Support efforts to identify and implement supplier cost reductions. + Assist in the selection and management of new and current suppliers. + Support materials and quality teams to address supplier delivery and quality issues. + Source materials for new product launches and product model changes. + Support the supplier transition process by allocating work from an external supplier to in house production or vice versa, as needed. + Coordinate request for quote packages with supply base to ensure premium pricing for materials. + Manage materials projects by using problem solving techniques, data from factory information system, and lean manufacturing concepts. + Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.
