Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Join the Everest Summer Internship Program! This is an exciting opportunity to receive exposure to the world ofProperty & Casualty Reinsurance and Insurancethrough dynamic training, firsthand business experience, and networking with the industry’s leading experts and experienced professionals. Throughout the Program, you can expect to build upon the academic foundations you haveestablishedat school and apply your learning to real world scenarios.
The Program will run for10 weeks:May 31, 2027 – August 6, 2027.

Your Impact & Opportunity
You will provide support to other pricing actuaries on individual account submissions and opportunities
Collaborate on actuarial pricing analyses on individual insurance and reinsurance transactions in support of our underwriting operations.
Partner with team leaders, analysts and peers on data manipulation and analytics,in an effort tosupport various lines of business
You will collaborate on projects involving research on industry data sources
Grow and develop whileparticipatingin a varietyof leaderled, professional and personal development workshops, networking events, and the like.

What You Bring: Experience & Qualifications
You are a junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university, preferably majoring in Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Math, Statistics, or another quantitative field
While not, having at least 1 passed actuarial exam is a plus
Strong critical thinking, patternrecognition/detection,and problem-solving skills.
Possess knowledge of, or aptitude to learn VBA, R, and SQL.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office software, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities

The salary for this position is$900 -1,000 per week.The offered rate of compensationisbased on individual education, experience,qualificationsand work location.All offers include access to a variety of benefits for the duration of the internship program, including health insurance coverage, 401kmatch, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
