We’re seeking a Golf Course Construction Intern with similar values who can apply his or her expertise. This individual will report to the on-site Project Superintendent.

This position will provide a "hands-on" experience in some of the following areas:

• job shadowing with on-site Project Superintendents and working alongside laborers in all aspects of golf course construction
• managing small crews
• scheduling and critical path timeline
• as-built plans, reading plans, surveying with GPS equipment
• documentation of daily activities
• safety checks for projects
• labor and operate equipment

Project locations are yet to be determined but will require the student to relocate out of state from our Golf location in Delano, MN.

Starting pay is $20/hour.

Skills and Abilities:

• Understand and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Understand and adhere to the Personal Protective Equipment requirements.

Physical and other requirements:

• Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and sit.
• Work extended hours outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Travel and Saturday work are required.
