Duration: 12-month immersive experience in hotel operations, to include rotations through various hotel departments.
Leadership Training: Get exclusive access to leadership programs in partnership with Harvard, alongside self-guided learning via LinkedIn Learning, webinars, and mentorship.
Specialization: After a general hotel rotation, you'll focus on an area like Food & Beverage, Rooms (Front Office and Housekeeping) or Property Operations. these functions are critical to creating a true understanding of the hotel industry and where we think the best hotel leaders start meaningful careers
Here''s what you''ll do during a typical day:
Support daily operations: Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of department leaders while actively learning from team members and gaining hands-on experience
Gain cross-functional experience: Support other departments as needed to build broader knowledge of hotel operations
Support team collaboration: Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
