Responsibilities + Gain Knowledge in the following areas: Sales, Finance, Business Operations, Partner Relations, and Managing Customers. + Conduct competitive market research to understand product portfolio offerings. + Build data analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities. + Offer recommendations on process improvements within the business operations. + Deliver innovative business intelligence, analytics, and forecast solutions to measure the impact of strategic business decisions. + Collaborate with peers within the team and internal customers to understand, design, and develop analytics and data visualizations. + Present data-driven insights and recommendations through clear presentations and written deliverables. Qualifications + Education: Pursing bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Sales, Business, or another related field. + Years of Experience: no minimum experience required + Software: Microsoft Office. Salesforce or SAP preferred but not required. AI Readiness: Textron expects employees to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively. Candidates should be comfortable learning and applying these tools, evaluating AI-generated output with sound judgment, and using AI in line with company policy and ethical standards. Prior experience with specific tools is not required - we value curiosity, adaptability, and good judgment.
