2027 OPERATIONS SUMMER ANALYST PROGRAM (BALTIMORE)
The Operations Division at Morgan Stanley is the front line of defense for the Firm"s financial and operational well-being and works closely with Sales & Trading, Finance, Legal, and Technology to safeguard the Firm"s reputation and franchise. Operations executes the Firm"s institutional, retail, and asset management businesses by supporting and settling daily transactions, devising and implementing effective controls, developing strong client relationships, and engaging with its business partners to enable development of new structures, businesses, and markets.
Summer Analysts will join us for a 10-week long Program beginning in June. The Program provides broad exposure to various functions across Operations and the financial services industry, including a Firmwide orientation and on the job training. There will also be opportunities to engage with members of the Operations senior management team.

To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
Application Process and Deadline: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Expected base pay rate for the role will be $25.49 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
