Join our Sales team as a Summer 2027 Intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This internship is ideal for students eager to learn how sales operations drive success and customer satisfaction while supporting business development activities such as broker outreach, prospecting, pipeline management, and market research.

Our Internship Program is an annual 8-week program that provides high-performing college students with hands-on experience working with an organization that has been recognized by TIME Magazine as one of the Best Companies in 2026. This program will include the opportunity to participate in personal mentoring and insight into our business operations. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute solutions to real business problems. In addition to gaining meaningful work experience, interns will have the opportunity to participate in various community and professional development events.

Program Details:

Duration: May 31st- July 30th, 2027

Location: Corporate Office in Birmingham, AL.

Student Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate students. This program is designed and optimized for rising Junior or Senior Undergraduate students. Students must be actively enrolled in either an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program as of May 31st, 2027 to be eligible.
• Majors: Open to students currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.

Skills & Experience:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment.

Activities:

• Support broker outreach, prospecting efforts, and relationship-building activities
• Assist with meeting coordination, follow-up communications, and pipeline management
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and business opportunities
• Collaborate with sales leaders on projects that support business growth and sales strategy
• Develop professional skills by contributing ideas and presenting recommendations to real-world business challenges
• Gain exposure to sales operations, business development practices, and client relationship management

$21 - $21 an hour

Interns will be compensated at a competitive rate of $21/hour, for 40 hours of scheduled work per week over a defined 9 week period.
