We are seeking ambitious, high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns.
Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Enterprise Learning & Change Management - Work with members of the Enterprise Learning and Change Management Team to support day-to-day learning technology operations. Responsibilities include assisting with LMS administration activities such as course configuration, learner enrollment management, testing system functionality, monitoring user access, troubleshooting issues, content updates, and performing quality assurance reviews. Additional responsibilities could include creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to help monitor learning effectiveness, system utilization, learner engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Minimum Qualifications:- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A business-related or related college major is preferred.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
- Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
- Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
- Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
- Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication is required.
- Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
