The Internship position within Supply Chain is a paid, 10-week program from June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027. The Intern will help support day-to-day operations, as well as various projects & initiatives from our Distribution Centers. The Intern will also be responsible for helping develop, implement & enhance current processes to improve our overall Distribution Center operational quality & efficiencies. This includes participating in & providing detailed feedback on special Operation's projects throughout our Hub and DC locations. The work performed by the Intern will be highly visible to leadership & have a direct impact on the organization.

Typical assignments/projects will involve the following areas: Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control and Management, Replenishment, Transportation, Engineering, Finance, Safety, Final Mile Operations, Global Transportation, Warehouse Operations, Labor Strategy, Customer Experience, Process Improvement, Supply Chain Data Analytics and Manufacturing. The duties & responsibilities of the Internship are designed to further prepare the incumbent for a successful career in Supply Chain Management & Operations. Interns will gain exposure to innovative best practices throughout the facility and broader Supply Chain network through leadership meetings, floor observations, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on capstone projects tied to real operational priorities.

Additionally, this position will be tasked to look at our current processes of productivity throughout the facility or assigned business area & help develop related reporting, communication, standardization, automation, dashboards, and efficiency improvements.

Successful candidates may have an opportunity to move into full-time positions after successful completion of the Internship.

The Supply Chain Internship positions are located across the country, including in South Brunswick, NJ; Arlington, TX; The Colony, TX; City of Industry, CA; San Francisco, CA; Memphis, TN; Olive Branch, MS; Phoenix, AZ; and Braselton, GA.

You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....

• Partner with Operations Leadership and cross-functional Supply Chain teams to improve processes, visibility, and decision-making
• Assist with creating process control, training, standard operating procedures, and standard work documentation
• Develop and publish reports, dashboards, and analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, and other business systems
• Attend operational meetings, leadership discussions, floor walks, and project check-ins
• Make recommendations to improve operational efficiencies across the global Supply Chain
• Translate data and business process observations into actionable insights for leaders
• Present project findings and recommendations to Supply Chain leadership at the conclusion of the internship

• Currently enrolled undergraduate (current sophomore, junior, or senior) or graduate student, preferably pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Finance, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• Have analytical capability
• This is an onsite and in office role
• Ability to communicate all facets of the business
• Be well organized with attention to detail
• Advanced experience in MS office, Power BI experience is a plus
• Ability to develop & deliver effective presentations

• Final Mile dashboard and KPI framework
• Ocean container forecast dashboard and carrier allocation visibility
• Labor strategy and insource vs. outsource cost-per-unit analysis
• Centralized inventory management dashboard and vendor scorecard
• Warehouse process standardization
