About Mary Kay Package Engineering

As a Package Engineering Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the development, testing, and implementation of packaging solutions for new and existing products. Working alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional partners, you'll build a strong foundation in packaging materials, package testing, manufacturing processes, and product commercialization.

Throughout the internship, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen your technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills while contributing to meaningful projects that support product quality, innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. By the end of the program, you'll have a well-rounded understanding of package engineering and practical experience applying engineering principles to real-world business challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred
• Preferred Degrees: Package Engineering, Packaging Science

Program Details

• We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August

• All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.

• Our internships are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.

• Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
