Mary Kay University is our 10-week summer internship program designed to give undergraduate and graduate students meaningful, real-world experience across a variety of business functions. Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Preferred Degrees: Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar

Program Details

• We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August.
• All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
• Our internships are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
• Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
• Mary Kay Inc does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for full-time employment at this time.
