Responsibilities: + Analyze data to evaluate current processes and seek and recommend ways to improve processes and product. + Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including supplier quality manuals and company quality records. + Participate in quality audits to include internal quality system and process audits as well as external supplier quality system and process audits. + Recommend updates as needed to maintain the document and data collection systems. + Provide technical support and information to other departments, vendors, and customers as requested to collect data from company metrics, vendor metrics, and quality inspection data. + Assist in analyzing company and supplier data to recommend continuous improvement projects. + Support tracking and reporting of monthly metrics including supplier PPM, corrective action completion, trip reports, nonconforming material dispositions, delinquent PPAP, and Fair submissions.
