216 - Paint Counter Sales

BSP Paint & Equipment is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Counter Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team of Automotive and Industrial Paint professionals. The Counter Sales Representative is the ideal position for knowledgeable and energetic people who have a passion for automotive and industrial paint and believe in taking care of the customer and the power of teamwork. This is an experience required position with a 2 year minimum in either Industrial or Automotive Refinish Industry.

As a Counter Sales Representative, you will primarily be focused on helping customers with their paint questions, and do-it-yourself projects and paint needs. If you are interested in taking on a new challenge with a growing company, we encourage you to apply today.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean record
• Must have a 2+ years background experience on automotive or Industrial painting
• Strong customer service with a positive and professional attitude
• Pre-employment drug test and background check
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. of merchandise
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to follow directions
• Motivated to train and learn
• Team player and must work well with others
