Past experience in a skilled trade, such as plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or a related field, is a plus. Qualifications:Proven experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.Ability to operate hand and power tools and maintenance equipment safely.Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures for buildings and equipment.Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials and equipment safely.Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.Valid driver's license preferred.Working Conditions:Work performed indoors and outdoors, including exposure to weather conditions.May require working on ladders, scaffolding, or elevated surfaces.May involve heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.Reports To: Assistant Facilities DirectorSalary range: $18.89/hr - $26.36/hr+ full benefits.
