As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll support business customer accounts by handling a high volume of customer walk-ins, inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries. You'll work closely with a team of peers to resolve order, product, pricing, billing, and delivery issues quickly and accurately.
This role acts as a key customer support liaison between sales, warehouse operations, billing, and customers-ensuring a smooth order experience from start to finish.
Location & Schedule
This is an onsite, day shift, Monday-Friday role in our San Juan (Palmas Cantiña), Puerto Rico office.

High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of customer service, call center, or account support experience preferred.
Bilingual communication skills in Spanish & English are required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions to resolve customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate.
Experience with order entry, order processing, or ERP systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written).
Ability to manage high call volume and competing priorities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel & CoPilot).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a willingness to cross-train and support others.
Experience with AS400 or similar ERP/order management system preferred.
