Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5x8s | Expected 40 hours/week (expected 32 hours during holiday weeks; expected 24 hours during Thanksgiving week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct outpatient physical therapy services to patients across a range of diagnoses and functional needs
- Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward therapeutic goals
- Complete required facility-specific credentialing documentation in addition to standard onboarding requirements, prior to assignment start
- Adhere to a 30-day notice policy upon conclusion or early termination of the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Candidates starting in MD may begin with a Compact license but must obtain a permanent MD license as soon as possible after start
- Candidates starting in MA must hold an active state license prior to start date
- Candidates with prior permanent or PRN employment at this facility must have been separated for a minimum of one year to be eligible for a travel assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience
- Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings
