The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders using an RF scanner and other warehouse systems. This role ensures all orders are picked correctly, packed securely, and staged appropriately for shipment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately pick customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Locate inventory and products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Use manual pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the facility. Verify order accuracy and ensure all items are properly scanned and documented. Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Build and organize pallets according to shipping requirements. Stage completed orders in designated shipping and loading dock areas. Scan pallets and update shipping locations using RF scanning equipment. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and company policies. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Assist with inventory control and general warehouse housekeeping as needed. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications: Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution center experience preferred. Ability to operate RF scanners accurately and efficiently. Experience operating manual and electric pallet jacks is a plus. Strong attention to detail and com
