Location: Avon, OH Pay Range: $55,274-$82,911 Position Summary We are looking for a people-focused 2nd Shift CNC Production Supervisor to lead our evening manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys developing employees, building a positive team culture, and driving operational excellence. While a strong CNC machining background is required, your primary responsibility will be leading, coaching, and supporting a high-performing team to achieve safety, quality, and production goals. The successful candidate leads by example, communicates effectively, holds team members accountable, and creates an environment where employees can succeed. Key Responsibilities - Lead, coach, and develop a team of CNC operators to maximize performance and engagement.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct daily shift meetings, communicate expectations, and recognize employee achievements.
- Build strong relationships with employees through regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Address employee concerns promptly and professionally while promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, setups, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.
