Mt. Olympus Resort in Wisconsin Dells is hiring 2nd Shift Front Desk and Phone Customer Service Associates!

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Job Summary

Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort is seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Front Desk and Phone Customer Service Associates. This position serves as the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service while handling phone inquiries, assisting with reservations, directing guests, and responding to questions or concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Report to the Guest Services Supervisor and/or Guest Services/Resort Manager.
• Ensure friendly, courteous, and accurate check-in and check-out for hotel guests.
• Handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
• Perform administrative and customer support tasks as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of the property, local attractions, and current activities.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and exceptional customer service.
• Process room reservations and cancellations efficiently and courteously while accurately recording all necessary information.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other sales transactions.
• Keep the Front Desk area and assigned workstation clean, neat, and organized.
• Monitor guest safety and service concerns to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Follow established safety and security procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve guest concerns.
• Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and procedures.
• Monitor room availability and promptly communicate maintenance and housekeeping concerns to the appropriate departments.

Front Desk/Reservation Requirements:

• High School Diploma/G.E.D Equivalent Required
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must always bring a smile to work.
• Must follow Mt. Olympus grooming and personal hygiene standards, including wearing the assigned clean uniform and name badge.
• A professional attitude is required at all times, handle pressure with poise and finesse.
• Must be honest and dedicated.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and be trustworthy.
• Exceptional oral and written communication. 
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
• Must possess excellent time management skills and be on time for work.
• Must be a team player and able to provide superior customer service.
• Must be able to work weekends and Holiday.
