Job Status:

This is a full-time, 2nd Shift position with standard working hours of 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Candidates must be flexible, as work schedules may be adjusted based on operational needs, staffing requirements, or other business demands. Additional flexibility may be required as needed.

FLSA Status: Salaried Non-Exempt

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintains records as required
• Processes and requests sick pay
• Process paperwork
• Update SAP
• Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns
• General office procedures including handling phone calls and filing
• Respond in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns
• Other duties as needed or required

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills- Including phone etiquette
• Self-Starter
• Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
• Team Player
• Trustworthy - Will be handling confidential material
• 10-key skills beneficial
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office software (word, PowerPoint, excel) skills.
• Internal applicants must have less than 2 attendance points and no written warnings or suspensions in the last calendar year.
• Self-motivated and work well without direct supervision
• Organized
• Ability to follow instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Desk Work
• Climbing stairs
• Might be exposed to production areas with proper PPE.
• Slippery floors, extreme temperature and loud noises.

The Applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Benefits:

• Base Salary: $18.94/hr min to $21.31mid
