About the Role

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented lumper staff to assist with loading and unloading freight in a fast-paced logistics warehouse environment. This position involves manually handling freight to ensure timely and accurate shipping and storage processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload freight from trailers and containers
• Sort, stack, and palletize products according to warehouse or customer specifications
• Shrink-wrap, label, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment
• Inspect products for visible damage and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Work efficiently to meet productivity goals and shipping deadlines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
• Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or lumper experience (preferred but not required)
