About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team during the second shift. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating manufacturing equipment to ensure high-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal operation
• Perform routine inspections and maintain equipment to prevent downtime
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in adherence to safety standards
• Document production data and operational issues accurately
• Utilize tools and systems relevant to machine operation support
• Follow production schedules and meet throughput targets
• Assist with troubleshooting machinery issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure quality standards are maintained during operation
• Comply with safety policies, including proper use of PPE
• Lift materials up to 20 pounds as required during operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to machine operation
• Availability to work second shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with specific machinery or equipment used in the facility
