We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join our team in the Water Pump & Cylinder Head department. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery within the Water Pump & Cylinder Head department to ensure seamless production flow.
• Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and thread gauge pidgeons to verify parts accuracy and ensure quality standards.
• Understand and accurately apply torque specifications during assembly and operational procedures.
• Monitor touchscreen interfaces for notifications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems quickly to minimize downtime.
• Prepare, organize, and manage raw materials and supplies to sustain continuous production without shortages.
• Support quality control by performing basic math calculations and measurements to verify parts and assemblies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety protocols and company standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen technology.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent math skills.
• Ability to read and write in English fluently.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Good hand-eye coordination, problem-solving skills, and manual dexterity.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks such as standing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing shop floor environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, noise, vibration, and moving mechanical parts.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including ear plugs, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots is required to ensure safety.

Physical Demands:

• Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and finger movements for handling and adjusting machinery parts.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and kneeling during shifts.

Schedule & Hours:

• Full-time, Monday through Thursday
• Shift hours: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
