Our manufacturing client in the Greenfield, MA area is seeking to hire a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity. Your qualifications for the 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor position are:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to monitor production goals, quality standards, and employee performance
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

For the 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing operations during the assigned shift
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and productivity goals are achieved
• Troubleshoot operational and production issues and implement effective solutions
• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and work assignments
• Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and operational reporting
• Maintain a secure, organized, and efficient production environment
