About the Role

Aerotek is seeking reliable Material Handlers to support warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations within a large distribution center. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a pathway into forklift and equipment operation through internal training and certification. Candidates will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for overtime, career advancement, and long-term employment.

What You'll Do

• Move products and materials safely throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trailers while supporting shipping and receiving operations
• Perform order picking, packing, and packaging activities using RF scanners
• Stage, replenish, and put away inventory to maintain warehouse flow
• Operate pallet jacks and train on forklifts, clamp trucks, and reach trucks
• Maintain inventory accuracy while working toward productivity goals
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support team members in a fast-paced distribution environment

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or distribution environments
• Experience using RF scanners for picking, packing, or inventory tasks
• Ability to work a consistent 2:00 PM-10:00 PM shift schedule
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong attendance record, reliability, and work ethic
• Forklift, reach truck, clamp truck, or electric pallet jack experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Medway, MA.

The pay range for this position is $23.36 - $23.36/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
