2nd Shift Operator

Operate hydraulic preform presses to load and unload fabric materials, shape components, and imprint patterns according to process specifications.
Adjust machine settings for heat, pad pressure, ram pressure, and cycle time; perform hand trimming and other manual or machine operations as needed.
Inspect parts for quality, obtain required first-piece and subsequent inspections, identify defective products, and separate rejected or questionable items.
Document production activities, including job numbers, machine usage, work hours, completed quantities, and rejects; package finished products, move materials, and report equipment issues to the supervisor.
