Pay:$25.00/hour ($23.00 base pay + $2.00 shift differential)
Looking for a hands-on manufacturing career with a 4-day work week? We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team and produce high-quality sheet metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Load programs and make machine adjustments as needed
Form parts to precise dimensions and tolerances
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues
Perform basic preventive maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications:
Previous Press Brake or CNC machine operating experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Experience with hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
Able to work effectively in a team environment
